Mi Mapa™ is a journey that takes you to your past, present and future. We start the journey with a trip to our past when we visit our childhood years, then we walk all the way to our present moment and this session will take you to your future by connecting with the dreams you wish to accomplish in life.
This is one of the most beautiful sessions. In it we capture our dreams, desires and vision of life as we move forward.
Experiential Journey
Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey was developed using adult learning methods including:
direct learning, reciprocal dialogue, generous listening, presentation/sharing, group work, knowledge in action, coaching, visual presentation, writing exercises, experimentation, experiential and exploratory exercises, music, art, crafts; in addition to spaces for silence, meditation and reflection.
