refund policy

100% of the payment will only be refunded BEFORE the start of the My Map™ Virtual Trip and as long as the box of materials has not been shipped.

Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund. However, the Traveler may complete the trip at a later date.

In the event that the materials have been sent by mail, they cannot be returned and the value of $375.00 of the  payment will be deducted to cover the costs of materials and shipping. The materials included in the box are not transferable.
