IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY VIRTUAL COURSE ON MY MAP™ (“MY MAP VIRTUAL JOURNEY”, “VIRTUAL JOURNEY”) OR ACCESSING OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIAL FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Acceptance of terms and conditions of use. By registering for the Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey, you agree to the terms and conditions. If you decide not to accept them, you have the right not to take the virtual journey. The Virtual Journey Management reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion, your participation in the virtual journey implies that you accept these changes as well.

Copyright. All content on the Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey, including text, graphics, presentations, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips and digital downloads are the intellectual property of the author of the material and/or the Mi Mapa™ . The delivery of the course material does not imply a transfer of copyright but rather its availability for learning.

The material cannot be copied, reproduced, translated, modified, uploaded to social networks or websites, or distributed by any means without the written permission of the author.

Product. The Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey is designed using the adult learning methodology and different dynamics, exercises and experiences that enrich the learning experience.

The Virtual Journey does not have instructions for its creation since it is a process that depends greatly on the time, reflection and openness of the participant, accompanied by actively participating in the dialogue and having the video camera on.

Each topic is presented organized in several sessions, presented here as “Stops.”

Teaching Framework. Development of the Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey uses several adult teaching methods that include: direct learning, reciprocal dialogue, presentation/sharing, group work, knowledge in action, coaching, visual presentation, writing exercises, experimentation, experiential and exploratory exercises, music, art, crafts; in addition to spaces for silence, meditation and reflection.

Your experience is enriched by the active participation of the participant.

Personalized Companionship. The virtual journey provides its participant (hereinafter “Traveler”) with personalized companionship so that they can maximize and enrich their experience. In addition, they will have access to their Companion through email and digital texts.

Recordings. All Stops are recorded and will remain in the cloud for a period of 30 days after the date of the last Stop. Access to the recordings is exclusive to Travelers who are actively participating in the Virtual Journey within its validity period. Mi Mapa™ will not use the recordings for any other purpose and will not share the access and password with any third party. The Traveler agrees not to share the access and password of the recordings with any third party. If they do share it, the total amount of the Virtual Journey will be billed to the Traveler who shared it.

Mi Mapa™ may request authorization from theTtraveler to use any part of the recording for marketing and/or visibility purposes. There will be a prior agreement with the Travler through the document “Authorization for the Use of the Recording of the Virtual Journey. This must be signed by both parties.

Confidentiality and Privacy. The Walker agrees not to disclose the stories shared on the virtual trip with other people outside of the Walkers on his/her trip, as well as the address of My Map™.

Social Networks. The Walker agrees to use the “hashtags” #mimapaglobal, #mimapa when making a comment or sharing an authorized photo of his/her virtual trip experience.

Access to Stops (modules). The Traveler accesses the Stops through a personal username and password.

Registration and Payment. Payment for the Virtual Journey is paid in full at the time of registration. The  payment must be made at the time of registration. All payments are valid from the beginning of the trip to the end of the trip, according to the term of the planned trip.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation via email with the details of your virtual journey. This includes time, date, stops and other details.

Refund. 100% of the payment will only be refunded BEFORE the beginning of the My Map™ Virtual Journey and as long as the box of materials has not been shipped. Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund of money. However, the Traveler may complete the trip at a later date. In the event that the materials have been sent by mail, they cannot be returned and the value of $375.00 will be deducted to cover the costs of materials and shipping. The materials included in the box are not transferable.

Closing Ceremony. All Travelers who have completed 100% of the Stops, whether in person and/or recorded, will be able to be part of the Closing Ceremony.

Personal data of the Traveler. During registration, the Traveler must provide some personal data such as name, surname and e-mail address, mailing address and the answer to other questions such as shirt size, etc. The Travler is responsible for providing the data correctly. Mi Mapa™ is not responsible for sending materials to an address with errors or omissions.

Privacy of personal data. Mi Mapa™ treats the personal data of the Walkers with absolute confidentiality. We are governed by Ethics and Personal Values ​​​​of not sharing any information of the Traveler with a third party.

Modification of personal data. The Traveler is responsible for keeping his/her personal data updated. In case of change of e-mail address, forgotten password, etc. During the term of the trip, the Traveler must contact the email address heidie@mimapa.global.

Copyright. All teaching materials and recordings of the virtual trip are of our own creation.

The user may print and download the content of the courses in which he/she is enrolled for his/her personal use and for learning purposes. Reproduction and/or distribution to third parties is not permitted.

Force majeure. Mi Mapa™ has no responsibility or liability for any failure to perform, or delay in the execution of, any of our obligations that is caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

For these purposes, the definition of force majeure includes any act, fact, omission or accident outside of this virtual journey.

The Virtual Trip is considered suspended for the period in which the force majeure lasts, and an extension of the deadline for its execution will be available during that period. Mi Mapa will make every effort to find a solution to be able to fulfill its obligations despite the force majeure.

Final note. Mi Mapa™ reserves the right to disable access to Travelers who do not respect the aforementioned terms.

The terms of use set forth are valid for individuals/companies that make a Virtual Journey on the platform.
