Mi Mapa™ is designed using the arts as therapy. Embarking this journey allows Dislocated Workers to heal the emotional impact of job loss and transform their experience into an enriching journey of growth.

The Youth have sky rocketed their paths with Mi Mapa™.
Music, Art, Role-Playing, Visualization, Drama and other innovative human dynamics play a crucial role in helping the youth carve their way in life.
It is much more than creating a career path, it is recognizing their role and contribution to the World.
In collaboration with Alianza Municipal de Servicios Integrados, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Mi Mapa™ impacted 150 Long-Term Unemployed Women as part of their Disaster Recovery Program.
Mi Mapa™ Virtual Journey was customized to meet the needs of the demographics we were serving.
For the participants who lived within the county range, boxes were hand-delivered. For participants in the island, boxes were shipped.
Graduation Ceremony was in-person where the Women Travelers were able to finally meet their fellow travelers face-to-face and celebrate their accomplishments.
Women Travelers Closing Ceremonies included a flight towards what their maps revealed. It was an emotional experience that anchored their motivation to re-enter the workforce and complete their re-training programs.
Women Travelers feel inspired and motivated throughout their 8 week journey with a 98% of completion rate.
Every detail of the journey is carefully crafted and personalized for each Woman Traveler. One of the important aspects of the journey is the experiential dynamics that are anchored from the moment they start until they arrive to their final destination.
In collaboration with Mayor Miguel Romero, Mayor of San Juan and the Department for Community Social Development, Mi Mapa™ was the key component of their Youth Internship Program inspired in the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and Roberto Clemente
Students were handpicked by their School Directors to be part of a Community Leadership Program focused in developing citizenship, leadership, social, cultural and democracy skills.
The journey focuses on developing their social consciousness skills while they discover their calling and the purpose of their path.
100% participation rate throughout the six-month journey.
Every detail throughout the journey was carefully crafted. Each Young Traveler received a vintage "Journey Act" testifying that they had completed their journey.
Family members were invited to the Closing Ceremony and each Youth Traveler had the opportunity to showcase their map in front of their loved ones and fellow Travelers.
An emotional closing ceremonies as parents were not aware of the Travelers revelations.
Every Youth Traveler has shared their experience of the journey describing it as a "defining moment" in their lives.
Mi Mapa™ provides youth with the clarity for their career and most importantly, reveals their calling.
In collaboration with the Local Labor Program of Ponce, Mi Mapa™ was the core of their Youth Program focusing on their 1st Work Experience.
This journey had both in-school and out-school youth with a 100% Participation Rate.
Because Mi Mapa™ is art driven, every youth is able to become a Traveler and complete their Life Map.
Journey was successfully embraced by the out-of-school youth due to its dynamics, innovation and design.
Each Youth Traveler had a Mentor during their journey. Each Mentor was an employee of the Municipality that was in charge of providing the Traveler with their 1st Work Experience.
This experience was applauded by the Mentors who also received mentorship training prior to the start of the journey.
During the Closing Ceremony each Traveler and Mentor received a Selfie Picture to remind each other of the bond that was created during the journey.
Each Youth Traveler had the opportunity to have a Baby Boomer Mentor and they also had the opportunity to be of Service in an Elderly Daily Facility. Both generations shared stories of their childhood, life path, work experiences and provided the Youth Travelers with insights and counseling on life.
The Youth Program focused in Vocational Interests, Career Vision, Emotional Intelligence, Community Service and Human Values. In addition to learning about the Job Market, Economic Development, The Future of Work and the Challenges Facing the Youth.
